It brings me great honor in congratulating you on getting chartered.
It was a long and rewarding road. I am still amazed that you committed yourselves to an idea that I proposed to you. You took a chance and your efforts have been noticed as we receive our charter. I am truly blessed that you have taken a chance with me and Phi Sigma Phi, and as you learned from me I have learned so much from all of you.
