INTERNET AND WORLD WIDE WEB CODE OF STANDARDS
In order to promote the most positive image of membership in Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc. the following Code of Standards for Internet Web Pages has been established. All members of Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc. agree to abide by this Code of Standards at all times when publishing information on the Internet related to Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc.
- No obscene or offensive language.
- No obscene gestures or signs.
- No racist, sexist, or gender-bias remarks.
- Pictures, graphics, and other displays will not show alcohol. This includes scenes depicting the consumption of alcohol, or the possession of any containers of alcohol (glass items, cans, bottles, kegs, etc.).
- Pictures, graphics, and other displays will not show illegal substances. This includes scenes depicting the consumption of illegal substances, the possession of illegal substances, or the paraphernalia used for the consumption of illegal substances.
- Pictures, graphics, and other displays will not show firearms. An exception will be allowed for Phi Sigma Phi cannons.
- Pictures, graphics, and other displays will not display nudity, or other states of dress that would be considered in poor taste.
- Pictures, graphics, and other displays will not show acts of bodily functions.
Remember, anything that is placed on the Internet is available for the entire world to view. We want to promote the most positive image of membership in Phi Sigma Phi National Fraternity®, Inc. as possible.
