LDA 2021 Announcement and Updates

LDA 2021 will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East (Madison, Wisconsin) July 30 – August 1, 2021!

Remember, each chapter gets five members attendance covered. As of right now, we will be limiting attendance to only those five covered members and limited staff due to COVID19 restrictions. Additionally, we will be taking various safety precautions to help assure the safety of our members and guests.

Update #2 (March 30, 2021): This year, Phoenix 7 Foundation is again sponsoring the Leadership Development Academy. This partnership has led to a bigger and better event, and we are excited to show everyone just what we have to offer this year! We sincerely appreciate the support of the Phoenix 7 Foundation and are excited to work together to bring the membership a fantastic experience!

 

 Update #3 (March 31, 2021): PhiredUp will be in attendance at LDA 2021!Through our developing partnership, PhiredUp will be presenting data-driven seminars on various important topics that will help our men return to campus and make a change for their chapters and campus!

Update #4 (April 8, 2021): Phi Sigma Phi is proud to announce that we are once again partnering with Monster Energy to bring swag and a pick me up to our LDA.

Since 2017, Monster has partnered with Phi Sigma Phi for our national conference. This longstanding relationship is strong and we are happy to continue to work with an awesome company!

 

 

 Update #5 (April 12, 2021): We are proud to announce that once again Phi Sigma Phi is partnering with Mountain State Laser to bring attendees a custom engraved item for the event. We won’t spoil the surprise, but it is definitely something that ties to the region and something you’ll enjoy having in your collection!

 

 

Update #6 (April 12, 2021):  We are proud to announce that Sheath Underwear will be a named sponsor of LDA 2021. Sheath provides a fantastic product with their patented dual-pouch system that keeps everything separated. Sheath provides a 20% discount to all members of Phi Sigma Phi through the code “phoenix88.” We will have swag from Sheath this year for those in attendance. Update #7 (April 10, 2021): Phi Sigma Phi will feature giveaway items from many of our sponsoring organizations this year including: MetroGreek, Greeklife.store, GreekGear, DungeonRose Gifts, and many many more!

Update #8 (April 12, 2021):Brandon W. Ledford, MPP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, Prosci Change Manager will be bringing his unique perspective on fundraising and philanthropy to our our LDA this summer.  Brandon is the current Senior Vice President of Organizational Solutions at MGT Consulting Group, a national, public-sector consulting firm, overseeing the firm’s Human Capital and Disparity practices. He is a proven human capital and operational strategy executive with 15 years of success in management consulting, organizational improvement, human capital, project and change management, and process improvement that generates data-driven results in financial performance, operational efficiencies, and culture. He is also a 40 Under 40 for Cancer and Tampa Bay 40 Under 40 award winner. Prior to joining the MGT Senior Leadership Team, Brandon was the Vice President overseeing the Human Resources, Policy and Compliance, and Revenue Performance Management departments of a global technology company and has been a consultant for both Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton. Brandon is also a former U.S. Supreme Court and White House intern. He holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University’s School of Public Policy, a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University, and is certified in Human Resources (i.e., Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)), Project Management (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP)), and Change Management (i.e., Prosci Change Manager). As a rare cancer survivor, Brandon also volunteers and gives speeches for the American Cancer Society and other cancer non-profit organizations. He currently lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, Kate, daughter, Charlotte, and dog, Zelda.

Update #9 (April 12, 2021): Our hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East has been completely renovated in the last three months. It is located just a few minutes from the state capital and downtown, and within walking distance to a number of restaurants, a mall, and other great amenities. We are very excited to be at such a wonderful location this year!

 

Update #10 (April 13, 2021)Our friends from Letterkenny, Ontario Canada have taken a few minutes out of their chorin to remind you to attend LDA. (Phi Sigma Phi sends our sincere appreciation to the actors K. Trever Wilson and Kamilla Kowal for providing these announcement videos.
