MADISON, WI- Phi Sigma Phi is excited to formally announce our partnership with PhiredUp, the best in industry fraternity growth consultants, systems, training, resources, and support.
With this partnership, every member has access to the Digital Classroom, a recruitment certification that trains on their time, at their leisure, with proven results. The Digital Classroom is a step by step guide on all things recruitment, not just in the fraternity world. This training is a great resource that could even get you started down the path to professional recruitment in the business world someday.
Upon completion, every Phi Sigma Phi brother receives a certificate acknowledging that they are a Certified PhiredUp Recruiter.
In addition to the Digital Classroom, each chapter now has access to the upgraded ChapterBuilder 2.0 recruitment center. This state-of-the-art tool takes the place of the traditional sheet of paper or excel spreadsheet for rush and helps chapters organize and visualize how rush is truly 365 days a year. Each chapter has received their first training with ChapterBuilder 2.0 already and the series of additional trainings is already scheduled and underway.
Each chapter also has access to a Growth Consultant Coach with PhiredUp who is there to help answer questions and assist them on the path to success and chapter members are also invited to the Phi Sigma Phi Growth and Development Slack Community where they can find resources both from PhiredUp as well as from Phi Sigma Phi HQ and other brothers around the country!
This partnership is a game-changer and we are excited to work with the best in the business. Our HQ, staff, and members are all excited and ready to get #PhiredUpWithPhiSigmaPhi !
