Joshua Finch, MPA

Josh is an alumnus from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Kappa Chapter where he was part of the chartering class. Josh graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management with a minor in Communication. Josh hold his Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh where he graduated in spring 2021. Josh came onto the National Staff in January of 2018 when he began working as an intern focusing on expansion. Josh quickly rose to the position of Senior Regional Director in the summer of 2020 and eventually elected as the youngest National President in Phi Sigma Phi history in July of 2022. Josh has a background in strategic planning, event production, crisis communication, and financial management. 

Josh lives in southwest Wisconsin where, prior to graduating with his master’s degree, Josh was hired as the youngest City Administrator in the state of Wisconsin at 24, a role he currently still holds.

Aaron Bestul, MS, LAT, ATC

Aaron is an alumnus of Kappa Chapter at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. Aaron holds his Masters of Science from Pennsylvania Western University majoring in Sports Psychology. Aaron began on staff shortly after graduation in the fall of 2019 as the chapter consultant for Kappa chapter. He quickly climbed the ranks to Executive Regional Director of the Midwest by Fall 2020. Aaron's most recent promotion in the national organization was his run and subsequent election as National Vice President in July 2022.

Aaron resides in Stevens Point, Wisconsin with his wife, Jami, and two sons, Grayson and Brooks. Aaron holds licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Athletic Trainer. Aaron works for Aspirus Health- Stevens Point Hospital as a Licensed Athletic Trainer providing outreach sports medicine care to a local high school and junior high school. Aaron is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point for the College of Health Sciences and Wellness.

Paul Jarosh

Paul "PJ" Jarosh is an Alumnus of the Phi Iota Chapter of Northland College in Ashland, Wi. where in 1990 he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He was initiated into Phi Sigma Epsilon, Phi Iota Chapter in 1986.

As a charter member of the "1988 Founding Seven", PJ is a National Founder and chaired the committee responsible for the design of our national crest.

He was appointed a Chapter Consultant in 1993 and again in 2012 for Kappa Chapter.

He became Wisconsin Regional Director in 2018.

PJ is currently a National Vice President and oversees Expansion.

Paul and his wife Alisha live in Scandinavia, Wisconsin, and have three sons.

Two of his sons are graduates of U.W. Stevens Point and the first Phi Sigma Phi "Legacy Brothers" belonging to the Kappa Chapter.

Paul is fulfilling a lifelong ambition and is finishing a career as a Locomotive Engineer with the Canadian National Railway.

Joe is an alumnus of Phi Mu Chapter at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia. He graduated in 2015 with a Regents Bachelor of the Arts with an emphasis in Music and History. Joe got his start on staff shortly after graduation in the summer of 2015 as the chapter consultant at large. He quickly climbed the ranks to Senior Regional Director of the South and East. Joe was appointed to the position of National Vice President in Spring 2019. Joe served as National President from January 2022 to July 2022 where he stepped down and was reelected as National Vice President.

Joe resides in the mountains of Virginia, in Grayson County with his wife, Ronni Lynn, who also serves on staff as National Historian and Archivist. He works traveling across the country for a 9-1-1 software vendor installing and training law enforcement. Joe also is the Director of Logistics and Research and Development for The Dungeon Rose creating designs and Role Playing Game supplies such as dice.

Ethan Conover

Ethan is a Founder and alumnus of Kappa Chapter at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology- Deviance and Social Control. In addition, he holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the American Military University. He is currently studying the impacts of institutional programming available for incarcerated individuals and working on completing a PhD in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Justice Administration. Ethan also holds current and previous certifications in paramedicine, structural and wildland firefighting, wilderness medicine, gang investigations, and incident management.



Ethan is a federal law enforcement officer that resides in the southwestern United States.

Nate Church is an alumnus of the Epsilon Beta Chapter at Wright State University. He graduated in 1997 with a degree in Business Management. He was appointed to staff in the fall of 1997 as a Chapter Consultant for Epsilon Beta and support of the Michigan region. He then moved to Director of Expansion in 1999. He was elected as National Vice-President in 2002 and served as National President from 2012-2016 followed by another term as National Vice-President from 2016-2020. He is currently appointed as National Executive Director and has been in that position since January of 2022.

Nate lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Amanda. He owns a Martial Arts and Fitness studio focused on small group training and a mix of Traditional Karate along with Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also an Executive Producer of Micro-Budget Paranormal Horror movies.
